HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING POLICY

We want you and your pets to be delighted with your purchases from Canine Kitchen & Pet Services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return and exchange policy ensures that you can shop with confidence. Whether you need to return or exchange a product, our team is here to assist you every step of the way, making the process simple and stress-free.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

🐾 Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened dog treats or food products unless they are faulty.

🐾 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos where possible

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

🐾 Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges where stock is available.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at caninekitchen@icloud.com

  2. Include your order number and the item you would like instead

  3. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🐾 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 working days after approval

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty

🐾 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened natural dog treats

  • Perishable pet food

  • Used pet products

  • Custom or personalised items (if introduced)
